so i went to the gym yesterday. i fell off the treadmill.

today i went back and the trainer kicked my ass. i thought i was happy with my body till i realized that there isn't much it can do!

i lived through the torture and hit the jacuzzi. Then an elderly Asian woman stepped in and proceeded to get herself off on one of the blowers. Now i am all for the cause but it totally made me feel weird. I got out.

i love people. they are all such freaks.
